Meet Kylie Gillin | Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner 

BHSc in Food and Nutrition, Certified Wellbeing Coach, Yoga Facilitator, Trauma and Polyvagal Informed. 

I practise lifestyle medicine—helping overwhelmed professional women understand how stress and constant doing affects their energy, sleep, and digestion. I combine evidence-based nutrition science with nervous system regulation, lifestyle medicine principles, and practical habit formation to address the whole interconnected system, not just symptoms.

Understanding the Gap Between Knowing and Doing

After 20+ years in project and contract management, I understand the reality of high-pressure environments. I experienced burnout while studying my nutrition degree—living the gap between knowing what's healthy and actually being able to implement it when you're chronically stressed.

This is why Even Flow Lifestyle Medicine exists.
